AUTOMATED HORIZONS is an information systems consulting firm specializing in Microcomputer systems. Our expertise includes system integration, Lan configuration and installation, data communications, and software training.

Automated Horizons provides these services through a highly innovative, multitalented team of professionals experienced in the Federal Government and private sector. Our management and technical team have a wide range of academic accomplishments as well as extensive experience gained from on-the-job exposure. Our diverse background in business and technology enables us to provide professional services that cater to the individual needs of our clientel. Automated Horizons is positioned and prepared to provide systems integration support to its clients.

PERSONNEL
All Automated Horizon's Customer Engineers receive specialized training on the specific product lines for which they are responsible. All Customer Engineers are carefully selected and must exhibit a strong aptitude toward electronics and computer repair, having a minimum of two years technical experience. Automated Horizons is committed to augment or supplement its Customer Engineer training program to insure sufficient, high quality skills will be available for support to its clients.

The average training profile for technicians is approximately 18 weeks which includes highly comprehensive training programs on specific products, data processing languages, software systems and data communications. An on-going retraining program is provided in the form of self-paced, customer relations and formal field training to insure the success of the technician and the satisfaction of our customers.

MANAGEMENT TEAM 
Our technical staff is supported by a well-trained management team that contributes to the achievement of common goals on a project basis. This cohesive group consists of individuals who have the background, education, and professionalism commonly found in larger, more matured organizations. The organization structure and the personnel in positions of responsibility allow Automated Horizons to maintain control and profitability with regard to the Company's expansion.
