Help desk products are available as per-incident cards or points. Customers
may purchase help desk coverage for thousands of seats per year or thousands
of incidents per month. Technical and non-technical help desk support
is available. For customers who require first- or second-tier call support,
we offer in-house help desk support. Installation Modular, flexible installation
and start-up packages are available for hardware and software installation.
Installation services provide our customers with on-site technicians to
install desktop systems, printers and server systems. Once an installation
is complete, the technician also will verify that the system is booted
and running properly. On-site technicians are available for simple installations
and complex network installations.
Maintenance
Maintenance, which includes warranties, extended and upgrades, is available
as an extension or an upgrade. Extensions extend the coverage beyond the
term specified by the original manufacturer's warranty. Warranty extensions
are generally purchased at the time of purchase or within 90 days of purchase.
Warranty upgrades ensure a faster response than the standard warranty.
Your customer may choose to upgrade to same-day response or extend availability
hours from 8x5 to 24x7. Upgrades also include remote notebook support.
Products no longer covered by manufacturer warranties may be covered by
post-warranty maintenance service contracts. Single-manufacturer and multi-manufacturer
contracts are available.
