Automated Horizons, Inc. guarantees printers, personal computers and related components (monitors, disk drives, etc.) free from defects for 90 days from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated. Equipment found to be defective will be repaired or replaced at our option. All used or refurbished equipment may be returned for a full refund within 7 days of original purchase. New products may also be returned within 7 days provided that they are returned in original packaging and consumables such as toner or ink have not been installed. The warranty does not cover misuse or mishandling of equipment and is not offered on user installed parts ( internal hard drives, floppy drives, software, memory, modems, expansion cards, etc.) If you have any questions about our 90 day warranty against defects on any particular item, please call our Customer Service Department.
